Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Location: Nor Lea Regional Hospital District
Salary: 60,000/year

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bachelor’s-level Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. Candidates must meet the qualifications required for state licensing and provide proof of degree completion from an accredited university.

If hands-on clinical hours have not yet been completed, ReevesRehab will assist in fulfilling these requirements. However, the university must verify and sign off on the completed hours to meet licensing requirements.

Position Details (Post-Licensing):

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible scheduling available for those pursuing graduate studies.

  • Work within a diverse pediatric outpatient program, gaining experience across a wide range of cases.

  • Opportunities to observe and collaborate with other disciplines in co-treatments.

  • Exposure to adult patient care for additional learning opportunities.

Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)/CCC Opportunity

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Salary: 80,000/year

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a CFY/CCC position with the necessary state licensing credentials. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive salary and benefits, including housing, insurance, PTO, and a yearly contract.

Position Details:

  • Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings

  • Serve adult and pediatric populations

  • Areas of focus include:

    • Voice and dysphagia therapy

    • AAC needs in a large multidisciplinary program

    • Language, articulation, and alaryngeal rehabilitation

    • Neurorehabilitation for both pediatric and adult patients

  • Primary responsibilities include diagnostics and treatment
